This is a test of the mailing list Just Bill, Dan and I I have attached the February newsletter to test sending an attachment

If we want to use this to send out the mailings I can show Bill how it works Not too difficult If so, we could announce it at the next meeting to make the members aware that they will be receiving an email requesting that they confirm the subscription to the mail list We can upload a list and send out the invites whenever we want

Bill signed up via the website, I sent an invite to Dan who then confirmed We also have two other people who have signed up from the website Don't know if they are members or not - Roy Dietrich and Mark Severeid

We can also categorize the subscriber list to indicate whether they are members or not so that the newsletter can be sent to everyone and other messages can be sent to just members

Just thought I would offer some options
